What am I trying to accomplish?? Through my efforts and yours; bring some
awareness to the potential hazards that occur when people take a burning
ciggie and pitch it out thier windows. To me... and I hope you too I KNOW this is

Through my lifetime I have watched the ignorant cast
thier butts out vehicle windows; watched the starburst
blast across the pavement and wonder if when I drove
past, the butt blew into the roadside foliage. I have
honked, flashed my lights and thrown verbal insults.
Now... its time to make a file. And maybe... just maybe...
through our efforts... educate the ignorant and curb the
rest.
